I can’t stop smiling from ear to rear … I had a BLAST at my 25th Black + White Birthday Bash! You all made it extra special for me!
The surprise Zumba “flash mob” turned out great! Special thanks to our Zumba Instructor Virnalis Arvelo for putting this together. The dancers did a FABULOUS job! We represented Miami Lakes/Hialeah very well!! Y’all looked hot on the Energy Dance Floor at the Miami Science Museum.

The Zumba Class from Don Shula’s Athletic Club invaded Main Street with our rhythmic moves and Pitbull‘s sounds. We took over the courtyard between Ruby Tuesday and Miller’s Ale House in Miami Lakes last night. Traffic driving by on NW 67th Avenue and patrons in the area were delighted by the dancing flash mob!
We danced to one of Pitbull’s “can’t-get-out-of-my-head-or-stop-moving” tracks from his Planet Pit album — “Pause”. The crowd enjoyed it very much, so the group delivered it twice! Virnalis Arvelo, Shula’s Zumba Instructor, led the flash mob and did a phenomenal job putting it together.

This was definitely an exciting experience for everyone! I’ve been going to zumba class at Shula’s for a little over 3 months and can’t get enough! I’m hooked!

Recently, one of my Facebook Friends and “Into Tomorrow” Radio Listeners (Shawn) challenged me to try Zumba on the Wii. As you’ve seen on my website and YouTube Videos, I LOVE to DANCE!! And, exergames are my favorite videogames — especially on the Wii!! I’m an expert on “Just Dance 2″, so it’s time to try something new. I accepted the challenge! Bought the game at Target for $40. Not a bad price for dancing games like these!

This game gives you a great cardio workout! My gym coach will be proud of me for doing extra cardio The best part about exergames is that you don’t really notice you’re exercising and you get hooked on the game. This is the first time I try Zumba and really enjoyed it. I will continue playing and will get friends to Zumba with me (just like I’ve done with “Just Dance 2″).

After consuming several adult beverages, I usually end up posting some of the most weird “drunk” vlogs/videos on the Internet. Cinco de Mayo was no exception. Tonight’s Margarita consumption prompted me to learn and dance to Lady Gaga‘s latest controversial song/video: JUDAS.
The official music video premiered on Cinco de Mayo (May 5, 2011) on YouTube and E!News. Today, E!News dubbed “Cinco de Mayo” as “Cinco de Gaga”. So, I watched the video a few times on my DVR and caught-on to the choreography quickly. I may not be the world’s best dancer, but I had FUN trying. See for yourself below

Most of my Twitter Followers and Facebook Friends know I’m a BIG foursquare fan! Always checking-in to cool places around the world during my travels. I also use it a lot at home in Miami. I think their badges and mayorships make it fun to check-in. It’s also a great way to discover new places and make friends along the way.

“Into Tomorrow” launched its 16th Year On The Air at the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) in Las Vegas. We had the chance to meet with 50 Cent, where he unveiled “Sleek by 50” — wireless hybrid headphones with Sleek Audio.
Personally, I was surprised to see how down to Earth he is. Awesome businessman!
